The Harvard Journal of Law & Gender is still accepting submissions for our issue coming out in Summer 2023. We are seeking scholarship that examines legal issues with gendered aspects and implications, or scholarship that explores the interconnections between race, class, sexuality, nationality, ability, and gender in the law.
