The Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and the Georgia Criminal Law Review will host a joint symposium on the evolving crimmigration landscape on November 7, 2025. We invite article submissions that examine the impact of crimmigration laws on affected communities, assess burdens on the judiciary, analyze the role of federal courts in defining and enforcing protections for migrants, and address the practical challenges faced by immigration and criminal-law practitioners navigating this landscape.
To be considered for the symposium issue, please submit a manuscript and CV by October 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Offers will be sent shortly thereafter.
Please direct submissions and questions to
