The Harvard Environmental Law Review is thrilled to announce that we have opened our submissions period for Volume 50, Issue 1!
We
accept full-length, academic articles (with preference to articles
greater than 15,000 words and under 25,000 words, including footnotes)
that relates to environmental, energy, and natural resources law from
practitioners, scholars, and other legal professionals. To be considered
for publication, authors must have graduated from law school prior to
August 1, 2025. Submission via Scholastica is preferred.
