The Nebraska Law Review is now accepting submissions for publication in Volume 104.
We prefer articles that are approximately 20,000 words, however, this is only a soft guideline. Articles are evaluated primarily on substance rather than length.
Please note that the Nebraska Law Review DOES NOT publish articles authored or co-authored by law students currently enrolled at any law school other than Nebraska Law.
