The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal invites you to submit articles for publication in Vol. 35 (2021-2022), Issues 1 and 2 of the QPLJ.
Submission Guidelines
The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal is currently accepting articles from legal scholars and practitioners. We are seeking articles related to probate court, including matters before the probate court such as: trusts and estates, conservatorships, guardianship and adoption, intellectual disabilities, mental health commitments, etc.... Submissions should be at least 3000 words in length. All submissions must be in word document format.
Submission Deadlines
Please submit your article, manuscript, and curricula vitae through Scholastica or email by Friday, August 20, 2021, 8:00 p.m. EST. Publication offers will be distributed to authors via Scholastica or email by Friday, September 3, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. EST.

The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal is dedicated to providing the legal community to probate opinions and scholarly articles. The Journal has been the official scholarly publication of the National College of Probate Judges since 1997. The QUPLJ is one of only four student-edited probate journals in the country.
