Brooklyn Law School's Journal of Law and Policy is still seeking submissions.
This journal considers authors whose articles discuss some intersection of the law and policy landscape. That intersection may be colored by a wide variety of underlying topics, so long as a law and policy nexus exists.
While there is a slight preference for articles related to intellectual property and fashion law, these are by no means exclusive areas for consideration.
Articles to be considered must be between 30 and 80 pages with a minimum of 150 footnotes.
We are currently seeking articles for publication in January. Editing can begin immediately, and substantive edits should be finished by mid-October.
