The University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform is currently accepting manuscript submissions for Vol. 52 Issue 4, a special issue dedicated to “extreme associations,” which will be a companion to our Fall 2018 Symposium, entitled “Extreme Associations: Combating Hate Groups in the United States."
We are accepting manuscripts immediately, but in no event later than 5pm on Friday, April 27, 2018.
We welcome you to write on any aspect of association with extremist organizations. In short, the Journal prefers a submission that not only describes an area of the law that warrants reform, but prescribes a means of accomplishing that reform. The Journal also welcomes multidisciplinary and empirical work as contributions to this discussion.
The Michigan Journal of Law Reform is one of the oldest and most well-respected law and policy publications in the nation. We publish cutting-edge legal scholarship that advocates concrete reforms implicating a wide variety of legal issues. Our authors include professors, practitioners, and a former Assistant Secretary for the Department of Interior.
