Cornell Law Review Online accepts essays, shorter articles, and book reviews for consideration. We are currently accepting submisisons until March 31, 2026.

To submit to Cornell Law Review Online, please use Scholastica or email the submission along with your CV, indicating that you are unable to submit via Scholastica, to Senior Online Editor Amelie Lobo at acl257@cornell.edu.

Cornell Law Review Online aspires to feature scholarship on current issues and in an accessible manner. To those ends, submissions should not exceed 10,000 words — inclusive of footnotes. Your submission should be in Microsoft Word format.

If you are withdrawing an article from consideration, please let us know as soon as possible.
